I'm a postdoctoral fellow at UNSW, working on the human virile and its relationship with the onset of type 1 diabetes. I specialise in bioinformatic and statistic analyses of DNA and microbiome/virome data and did my PhD in environmental microbiology. My main interests are human viromics and the use of different "Omics" approaches to investigate how the immune system reacts to these viruses.
