Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre

There are two entrances for the Centre: Merivale and Glenelg Street.  The registration desk is located beside the Boulevard Auditorium on the Boulevard level.  Please refer to digital directional signage to find which direction to go in upon entering BCEC.

REGISTRATION DESK HOURS
The registration desk will be open at the following times:

Sunday 1 December       9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Monday 2 December     7:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Tuesday 3 December     8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

INTERNET ACCESS

There is complimentary Wi-Fi available for Multi-Omics 2024 delegates within BCEC for the duration of the conferences.  There is no password required to access.  To connect simply select the ‘BCECLINK’ Wi-Fi network via Settings > Wi-Fi.

SPECIAL MEAL REQUESTS/DIETARY REQUIREMENTS

All dietary requests have been passed onto the venue.  If your request is a dietary preference (lactose free, gluten free, vegetarian etc.), these have all been catered for at the main lunch buffet tables.  Should you have a specific allergy (nuts, shellfish etc.) you will find an allergy table where your dietary request will be catered to specifically, located near Boulevard Room B1.
