Oral & Poster Presentation Information

ORAL PRESENTATION INSTRUCTIONS

Presentations are to be pre-loaded in your session room at least one full session in advance of your allocated session. Presenters should bring their talk loaded on a USB, saved in a format for display on a PC provided within the presentation room. A technician will be on hand to assist with any transfer/loading issues and to help presenters check presentations. Please note there are no Macintosh computers in the presentation room.

DISPLAYING YOUR POSTER INSTRUCTIONS

Poster Display Area: Boulevard Auditorium Foyer, BCEC

Poster presenters can leave their posters up for the entire duration of the conference.

Poster presenters should adhere their poster to the panel which correlates to their allocated poster number (available in the conference mobile app) with the Velcro provided on the panels.

Presenters should stand by their poster during the dedicated Poster Session on Sunday 1 December from 5:30pm – 7:00pm to discuss your research with fellow attendees and speakers.
